About Us
1986 I was employed by a company called Screen Process a large screen printing company. this is where my first job as a commercial artist began, most of the work involved many hand drawn pieces of artwork photographed as black and white bromides and then pasted together with various text elements, the the artwork would be photographed again onto film and colour seperated for use on screens. there were no computers to do artwork on, all artwork was created by hand.
1989 I began a four year apprenticeship in signwrinting, 3 years of training at Melbourne College of Decoration, and one year with a qualified tradesman. by this time computers and vinyl plotters were becoming very affordable.
1993 I started my own business and began fabricating illuminated light boxes and cut out 3d lettering, rather than traditional hand painted signs.
2008 now based on the Gold Coast and servicing all areas of Brisbane and the Gold Coast, we manufacture any type of sign you may require, from small one off job’s to large contracts involving a wide range of signage applications.
